These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Level Up Mortgage, LLC. text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Level Up Mortgage, LLC., you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Level Up Mortgage, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects regarding:
- Mortgage application status updates and reminders
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Document requests and deadline notifications
- Rate alerts and promotional offers
- General customer service communications
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:
- Submitting a web form on our Site and checking the SMS consent box
- Verbally providing consent during a consultation with a loan officer
- Texting a designated keyword to our business number
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving mortgage services.
3. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to any message you receive from us.
Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Level Up Mortgage, LLC. is not responsible for any delays or failure in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.
